The following table will help you with troubleshooting if
the product is not functioning correctly.
Description of
problem
The light does
not switch on
or off when the
drawer is
opened or
closed.

rechargeable
battery has
been charged,
but the light

switch on
when the

opened.

has an
unknown
technical
defect.
Cause
The magnet
does not
have any
contact with
the trigger
on the
rechargeabl
e battery
holder.
Rechargeab
le battery is
defective.
Lamp is
defective.
A
malfunction
has
occurred.
Fault clearance

Check the position
of the rechargeable
battery holder to
see if it has been
fitted in the pre-
drilled holes in the
drawer.
▶
Test cable and
plug for
functionality and
correct connection.
▶
Replace
rechargeable
battery.
▶
Test cable and
plug for
functionality and
correct connection.
▶
Replace lamp.
▶
Disconnect the
plug and test it.
▶
Have the power
supply tested by a
skilled person.
