Attention! If the engine does not start up within about 10 seconds, let the
Power pack cool down for at least 3 minutes before undertaking the next
attempt. Otherwise the unit may be damaged!
If the car battery is drained in such a way that even the ignition controls do not
light up, connect the power pack to the car and let it sit, with the ignition off, for
10 - 20 minutes before starting again.

Use as 12 V Power Source

The power pack can be used to supply 12 V DC via the two sockets (8). All
kinds of 12 V devices, which are equipped with a cigarette lighter plug, can be
run off the power pack. It is also possible to connect a 12 V/ 230 V voltage
converter. With this the power pack can supply 230 V devices within the
limitations of its charge and maximal power output (max. 15 A).
Both 12 V output sockets can be used at the same time. Please keep in
mind that there is only a total power output of 15 A for both sockets com-
bined.
The power pack can also be used to
conveniently run 12 V devices off a 12 V car
battery (see picture). The charge of the unit's
internal battery will be preserved for as long as
the car battery has sufficient power. The car
battery is connected via the jumper cables (rot
on positive
terminal).
The 12 V output sockets are overload
protected.
Attention! Never use the power pack to start up a car while there are other
devises connected to the 12 V sockets! This can destroy all involved devices!

Short Circuit Protection

The 12 V sockets (8) are internally protected against short circuits. If more
than 15 A is drawn from them, the 15 A fuse will blow and prevent damage
on the power pack and connected devices.
