Air Line Lubricator Settings:
Up to 5 m Hose................................................................. 1 Drop every 2 Minutes
Up to 10 m Hose............................................................... 1 Drop every Minute
If you do not have an air line lubricator, a few drops of oil should be poured into
the air connector of the machine. After work the machine should be oiled again
and be run for a moment to spread the oil in it. The additional oil will coat the
inside of the mechanism and prevent corrosion until the machine is used again.
Attaching the Tool
Before the tool is attached the air grinder must be detached from the compressed
air supply. To open and close the tool collet the included fork spanner is required.
Hold the drive shaft with the fork spanner 11 mm and open the tool collet with the
fork spanner 17 mm by turning counter clockwise. Insert the required grinding tool
and retighten the collet nut.
The trigger is secured against accidental manipulation by a safety lever. To start
the grinder first press the safety forward and then press the trigger.
Cleaning and Maintenance
The air grinder should always be oiled via the compressed air connection.
Prevent any foreign objects from entering the machine via the compressed air
socket. After using the machine cover the air socket with a suitable cover. Store
compressed air tools only in dry areas. Additional maintenance is not required.
