When operating the air grinder always wear the necessary safety equipment,
especially safety goggles and protective gloves. Observe the safety notes.
Safety Notes
Air Tools
• Use the air grinder only according to this manual.
• Keep air tools away from children!
• Do not operate the tool when you are feeling tired or drownsy.
• Always use a quick coupler to attach the tool to the compressed air source.
• The operating pressure must be set with a pressure limiter.
• Do not use Oxygene or flammable gases as pressure source.
• Before undertaking any repairs or maintenance on the machine, disconnect the
machine from the compressed air source.
• Check all connections ans hoses for functionality and tightness. Loose hoses
are a safety risk ans may cause injuries. Use only safety couplers.
• Use only original spare parts.
• When using the air drill, always wear appropriate peraonal safety equipment,
especially safety goggles and ear protection.
Grinding Tools
• Use only organically bound grinding tooly and organically and anorganically
bound grinding pins.
• Do not operate grinding tolls and speeds faster than the maximum speeds
recommended by the manufacturer.
• A new grinding tool and every grinding tool which is reattached to the machine
must be allowed to run on the machine at no load speed for half a minute before
use.
• For the period of the test run all persons must stay out of the danger area.
• The collet nut must only be tightened enough to hold the tool securely. Do not
overtighten.
