The nails are inserted into the slot in front of the bar. After inserting the nails or
staples slide the magazine cover back to the front until it snaps in place.
Working with the Compressed Air Stapler
The stapler is equipped with a safety device, which prevents accidental triggering.
Only when the stapler is pressed against a surface and the safety is thereby
pressed up, the stapler can be triggered. Place the nose of the machine where
you want to drive the nail or staple and pull the trigger. Above the button of the
stapler is a movable nozzle. With this the direction of the spend air can be
directed for convenience.
Cleaning and Maintenance
For the trouble-free operation of air tools clean air is required. Corroded material,
dust or dirt from the air line can compromise the performance and cause technical
problems. An air service unit with filter, pressure reducing valve and air line
lubricator removes the water from the compressed air, provides reliable pressure
and adds the required oil to the air.
Lubrication: Compressed air tools require sufficient lubrication. The best way to
supply the oil to the tool is an air line lubricator, either centrally on the end of the
air line. The flexible air hose between the lubricator and the tool should be no
longer than 10 m. In longer hoses the oil will separate from the air and float in the
hose without reliably reaching the tool!
After finishing work (especially if the machine is not to be used for some time), a
few drops of oil should be poured into the air connector and the machine then
should be run for a moment to spread the oil in it. The additional oil will coat the
inside of the mechanism and prevent corrosion until the machine is used again.
