Air Coupler (10): The hopper spray gun is
equipped with a R¼" air inlet. For your
own safety you should not use a
permanent connection
hopper spray gun and the air hose, but
use the supplied quick coupling adaptor.
Seal the end of the quick coupler with
two layers of Teflon tape.
Hint: „Professional Users" of compressed
air tools do not connect the quick coupler
directly to the tool but install a permanent leader hose of about 30 cm length
between tool and quick coupler.
Trigger Stop (9): With the trigger stop the position can be adjusted and fixed, thus
you will have, after interruption of work, still the correct position of the trigger.
Loosen the trigger stop by turning the wing screw counter clockwise, adjust the
trigger and tighten the wing screw by turning clockwise.
Trigger (12): When pressing the trigger, air and coating
material will be transported from the hopper spray gun.
Orifice Dial Plate with 5 sizes (1): The dial plate has
totally 5 openings of the sizes 5.5 mm (7/32"), 6.3 mm
(1/4"), 7.9 mm (5/16"), 9.5 mm (3/8") and 11.1 mm
(7/16").
Nozzles: With the 4 included nozzles of the sizes
1.5 mm, 2.7 mm, 3.5 mm and 3.6 mm and the dial plate
totally 15 different combination settings are possible.
