Installation
3.2 Assembling the SPA
1. Open the box and pull out the folded SPA and accessories.
To prevent damage to the film, do not use any bladed tools
to open the box (knives, cutters etc.).
2. Make sure that all parts are available. Please contact your
salesperson in case of missing or damaged parts.
3. Spread out the ground sheet and unfold the SPA on top of it,
with the bottom part underneath.
4. Open the air outlet located above on the filter-heating
element of the SPA and screw on the filling hose.
5. Open the air valve (black screw cap - air inlet) on the shell
of the spa and put the filling hose on the valve.
6. Inflate the SPA by pressing the "BUBBLE" button
on the control panel.
CAUTION The spa should only be inflated so far that the upper edge can still be pressed in by the palm of your hand (approx. 4 - 5 cm).
Note: The inflated air continues to expand in the sun. This can then result in both deformation and over-expansion of the PVC shell if the
spa tub is inflated too much. Over-expansion of the PVC shell is the main cause of damage to the PVC shell and irreparable tearing
of the welds. In such cases, Ubbink Garden BV reserves the right to refuse warranty claims.
We recommend that you release a small amount of air at higher temperatures (25°C and above) to prevent possible expansion
and subsequent damage to the PVC shell. To do this, reduce the air capacity of the spa to approximately 90-95% of its maximumcapacity.
Note:
Inflatable spas may lose air after a certain period of time due to their design, especially if they are exposed to low temperatures
again after direct sunlight and/or high temperatures. This is a normal phenomenon and does not mean that the spa has a defective
area where air is leaking.
7. The spa has an additional temperature fuse – its switch is located on the warning sign below the display
on the outside. Press the "manual reset button" once to make the equipment ready for operation.
Should the water temperature rise above 47°C, the sensor will switch the spa off. Wait until the
water temperature has dropped below 40°C and press the "manual reset button".
8. Remove the filling hose and screw in the air outlet and air valve again.
For Spa Elite FACE 2: Pump up the two air beds one after the other as follows:
- Open the air valve on the air bed cover and place the filling hose with the appropriate nozzle onto the valve.
- Inflate the air bed by pressing the "BUBBLE" button on the display.
- Once the air bed is correctly inflated, press the "BUBBLE" button once again.
