You can set the duration and speed before or after starting the device
Automatic program mode
1. The time can be set before or during the workout. But not the speed.
2. The speed changes automatically according to a certain rhythm.
3. This rhythm also varies within the different automatic programs.
The time can be increased or decreased with this button (0-15min)
The speed can be increased or decreased with this button (0-99 levels)
Pressing this button will start the machine
Pressing this button will stop the machine
