Guide the lifting bar (2) into the mobile subframe
(1) so that it is firmly seated in the intended posi-
tion. (Fig. 4 + 5)

Extend the hand wheel (7) with the guide rail (Fig.
6) and secure it by turning the locking lug (10)
downwards. (Fig. 7)

Fit the handle (6) to the hand wheel (7). (Fig. 8)

Now release the transport lock (21) by releasing
the brake lever (8). (Fig. 9)

Fit the cross bar (3) by connecting it to the lifting
bar (2). (Fig. 10)

Pull out the locking pin (18) of the cross member
(3) and insert the cross member extension (5).
Make sure that the locking pin engages in one of
the three position holes provided. (Fig. 11)

Push the support bars (4) into the receptacles (16)
until they engage. (Fig. 12)

Commissioning

Make sure that the product is installed completely and
properly. Before each use, always check:
• The product for possible damage,
• whether all screws are tightened and
• the visibility of all labels.
m ATTENTION!
Only release the locking brake if you are holding the
hand wheel firmly with your right hand! (Fig. 23)

Release the joint lock (19). (Fig.13)
2.
Tilt the support into loading position (Fig. 14)
3.
Move the stop hooks (17) into position (Fig. 15)
4.
Load the product with just one drywall panel. (Fig.
16)
5.
Carefully tilt the support back to its initial position
and secure it again with the joint lock (19). (Fig. 17)
6.
Unfold the support feet (14) and set the adjusting
screws (15) to floor height. (Fig. 18 + 19)
7.
Once in the working position, secure the drywall
lift by applying the locking brake (12). (Fig. 20)
8.
Now crank the drywall panel to the desired work-
ing height using the hand wheel (7). (Fig. 21)
9.
You can now attach the drywall panel. (Fig. 22)
10. m ATTENTION! Hold the hand wheel (7) firmly and
carefully release the brake lever (8). Now crank the
product back to loading height. (Fig. 23)
m ATTENTION!
Keep a permanent eye on the load!

m Attention! Make sure that the drywall panel rests
neatly on the product! The load-bearing capacity of the
product must not be exceeded!

10. Transport

In order to transport the drywall lift, secure it against
rolling away. Remove course dirt from the product.
Then disassemble the product in reverse order to
chapter 8.
To do this, set the product to its lowest height and se-
cure the lifting frame (2) by hooking in the transport
lock (21) and then tightening it with the hand wheel (7).

11. Storage

Disassemble the individual components of the product
and stow them in the packaging.
Store the product and its accessories in a dark, dry and
frost-free place that is inaccessible to children.
The optimum storage temperature lies between 5 and
30 ˚C.
Store the product in its original packaging. Cover the
product to protect it from dust or moisture. Store the
operating manual with the product.

12. Maintenance and cleaning

m ATTENTION!
Only use spare parts approved by us!
m ATTENTION!
Secure the product against rolling away before clean-
ing or servicing it!
12.1 Cleaning
• We recommend that you clean the product directly
after every use.
• Wipe dust off the product from time to time with a
cloth.
• Clean the product at regular intervals using a damp
cloth and a little soft soap. Do not use any cleaning
products or solvents; they could attack the plastic
parts of the product. Make sure that no water can
penetrate the product interior.
