• Do not overreach.
• Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
• Properly fitting safety shoes must be worn while
working with and on the product.
• Wear a certified safety helmet for head protection.
• Keep children and other people away from the work-
ing area.
• Carry out a basic visual inspection and subsequent
function check of the product before each use in or-
der to identify damaged and worn components and
arrange for their servicing by trained personnel be-
fore commissioning.
• Only lift one panel at a time. Never multiple panels
at the same time.
• The locking brakes on the wheels must be applied
during the lifting process.
• Before lifting the load, make sure that it is properly
supported and does not exceed the load-bearing ca-
pacity and maximum load dimensions.
• The drywall lift may only be operated by persons
who are aged 16 and above. An exception to this is
use by minors if the use takes place as part of oc-
cupational training in order to gain proficiency under
the supervision of an instructor.
• Only turn the hand wheel by hand.
• The product is not suitable for use in potentially ex-
plosive atmospheres.
• Temperature range: -10°C - +50°C
• Only use the product is well-lit rooms.
m Attention!
There is a risk of crushing and shearing.
• Apply particular caution when driving on a gradient
and when windy. The load could slide down.
• Observe the lifting device and the load during all
movements in order to be able to react in time in the
event of a fault.
m Residual risks
The product has been built according to state-of-the-
art and the recognised technical safety rules. However,
individual residual risks can arise during operation.
• Furthermore, despite all precautions having been
met, some non-obvious residual risks may still re-
main.
• Residual risks can be minimised if the "safety in-
structions" and the "Proper use" are observed along
with the whole of the operating instructions.

Unpacking

• Open the packaging and carefully remove the prod-
uct.
• Remove the packaging material, as well as the pack-
aging and transport safety devices (if present).
• Check whether the scope of delivery is complete.
• Check the product and accessory parts for transport
damage. In the event of complaints the carrier must
be informed immediately. Later claims will not be
recognised.
• If possible, keep the packaging until the expiry of the
warranty period.
• Familiarise yourself with the product by means of the
operating manual before using for the first time.
• With accessories as well as wearing parts and re-
placement parts use only original parts. Spare parts
can be obtained from your specialist dealer.
• When ordering please provide our article number as
well as type and year of manufacture for the product.
m WARNING!
The product and the packaging material are not
children's toys! Do not let children play with plas-
tic bags, films or small parts! There is a danger of
choking or suffocating!

8. Assembly / Before commissioning

m ATTENTION!
Always make sure the product is fully assembled be-
fore commissioning!

Fold out the mobile subframe (1) by pressing the
spring lock (Fig. 2) until the spring lock (13) en-
gages. (Fig. 3)
