1. Description

The party radiator is used outdoors to heat nearby areas.
A burner inside the perforated plate body produces the necessary heat, which is radiated to the immediate
surroundings by an aluminium reflector as well as by the perforated plate itself.
The party radiator has to be set up on a level, incombustible surface with no - or only a very slight - gradient.
To make it easier to change the gas bottle, the body can be raised and locked in place on the appliance itself.
The party radiator is designed to work only with propane-butane (liquefied gas). It is connected directly to the
gas bottle by means of a DVGW-tested and approved hose pipe and a liquefied gas regulator (for outlet see
nameplate, capacity 1.5 kg/h). The following regulations have to be observed and adhered to when making the
connection:
Technical regulations concerning liquefied gas (e.g. TRF)
Guidelines published by liability insurance associations concerning the use of liquefied gas in special
applications
The burner and all sheet-metal parts and tube parts visible from the outside are made of rust-proof steel.
To start the radiator, open the gas bottle, „turn" the knob to high setting, „press" the knob (for approx. 10 sec.)
and „actuate" the piezo igniter.
The regulator knob has the settings „zero", „high" and „low". Infinitely variable intermediate settings are
possible. A thermoelectric ignition cut-out prevents gas escaping if there is no flame.
The foot, body, connecting pieces and top are made of powder-coated steel for outdoor duty.
The perforated plate body, burner and screws are made of ground high-grade steel.
The reflector shade is made of aluminium.

3. Assembly

Before you start to assemble the party radiator, remove the protective plastic coverings.
Carry out the assembly work on a clean surface where the parts will not be scratched.
The assembly steps are illustrated on page 6.
First screw three stems (Item 2) loosely to the base (Item 1) and fit the wheels (Item 11).
Insert the connecting piece (Item 5) from the side and fasten from underneath. Important: Observe the
layout assignment!
Put on the framework case (Item 3) and fasten loosely with the raised cheesehead screws (layout
asignment!).
Slide the framework lid (Item 4) over the connecting piece and the framework case. Arrange the position of
the holes in the framework lid, the framework case and the blind rivet nuts size M5 of the stems so that
they coincide and tighten.
Now tighten all the screws.
Mount the burner group (Item 6), inserting the hose pipe in the connecting piece (Item 5) as you do so. Be
careful not to kink the hose pipe or damage the setting mechanism.
Now fasten the burner group with the hex screw size M6 x 16 and the washer ( 12.5. Finally, put on the
reflector (Item 7) and screw it in place.
Insert the gas bottle. Connect the hose pipe to the pressure regulator and the pressure regulator to the
