ATTENTION! The products cooking can only take place by means of the use of water
inside the basin. Using any other liquid, such as oil, is strictly prohibited for cooking
with the appliance. The appliance is not a fryer and under no circumstances can be
used as a fryer.

It is forbidden to use the appliance outdoors;

It is forbidden to use the appliance on moving vehicles such as campers, trucks equipped for
street food, etc.;

It is forbidden to transport the appliance if the basin contains water.
ATTENTION! The implementation of any modification involves the forfeiture of the
Declaration of Conformity of the appliance. For damage resulting from improper use
of the appliance, the user is solely responsible.

dimensions, etc.

2.4 Parts of the appliance

The temperature of the water inside the appliance can be adjusted by acting on the working ther-
mostat located on the control panel. Reference should be made to section 5 (Installation and oper-
ation of the appliance) for information regarding the use of the appliance.

2.5 Included tools and accessories

The appliance is supplied with the following tools and accessories:

1 basket 27,5 x 15 x 20h cm;

2 baskets 12,5 x 12,5 x 20h cm;

All models: user's manual (installation, operating and service instructions).

3. Safety and hygiene instructions

This section summarises the information concerning all the essential safety-related aspects. The
individual sections also contain important information (with relative symbols) concerning safety, in
order to prevent the occurrence of hazards. It is also necessary to comply with the information given
on the pictograms, nameplates and wording on the appliance, taking care to ensure they are legible.
Compliance with all the instructions concerning safety guarantees optimum protection and opera-
tion of the appliance in complete safety and without problems.
The instructions concerning safety at the workplace refer to the EU Directives in force at the time
of manufacture of the appliance. In consideration of the exclusively professional use of the appli-
ance covered by this handbook, please note that the user is required, within the limits of technical
feasibility, to maintain the conditions of use provided by the regulations in force in the country of
use of the appliance, at the time which this is used. If the appliance is used outside the European
Union it is necessary to comply with the local regulations on health and safety at the workplace in
force at the place of use of the appliance. In addition to the requirements for health and safety at
the workplace contained in this handbook it is necessary to comply with the specific regulations
concerning protection of the environment in force at the place of use of the appliance.
