Congratulations on the purchase of your new high-quality Vario mill. When developing this
multipurpose product, we focused on improving its technical functionality in line with the
design.
Before using this machine, please read through the following recommendations carefully
and keep these instructions for use at hand.

Please read through these instructions carefully.

Connect the mill to alternating current only and verify that the existing mains voltage is identical
to the mains voltage indicated on the base plate of the mill.
•
Do not use the mill in connection with running water or other liquids.
•
Do not place the mill and its connecting cable in the vicinity of hot objects.
•
Place the mill on a hard and flat surface during operation (kitchen tabletop).
•
Keep the ventilation slots unobstructed.
•
Do not use water for cleaning the stone.
•
If the connecting line of the mill is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, by the after
sales service or a similar qualified person.

plate to get to the
stones.
Detach the stainless
steel chamber by
depressing and
turning to the right.
Now both millstones
can be cleaned with
a hand brush.
