Auto program: "P1" "P2" "P3"; Cannot adjust
the �me and speed; Programs are preset.
Start/Pause
Speed+: 1-60 levels, When the machine starts
running, the speed can be adjusted.
Time+: In standby, the preset workout �me is
10 minutes. Press for one minute, can be
adjusted up to 20 minutes
Speed-: 1-60 levels, When the machine starts
running, the speed can be adjusted.
H1: Oscilla�on func�on
H2: Linear func�on
H3: Oscilla�on + Linear func�on
Time-: In standby, the preset workout �me is

Note: The effec�ve recep�on range of the
remote-Control signal is 2.5 meters, the
