Safety Precau�ons
Warning:
To reduce risk of injury, read and understand this instruc�on manual
before using the device! This machine is intended for home use only in accordance
with the instruc�ons provided in this manual. Read the instruc�on manual
carefully before using this device and keep the instruc�on manual for future use.
Only use the unit in enclosed spaces!

Place the device on a solid and level and surface only.

Protect the device from high temperatures (>40°C), direct sunlight and

humidity. If humidity enters the device, do not use the appliance and contact
the customer service.
Do not use the device during thunderstorms or in dusty environments.

Leave the device to acclima�ze for about 1 hour, if it is replaced, e.g., from a

low temperature range to a warm range.
Before connec�ng the device to your power supply, please ensure that the

device is switched off and the supply voltage stated is compa�ble with your
mains supply.
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its

service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
Do not touch the mains plug when you are standing in water and always take

hold of the plug with dry hands.
Never carry, pull or turn the device by the cable and do not squeeze the cable.

Not suitable for children below the age of 10 or pregnant woman!

Keep children and pets away from the machine at all �mes. DO NOT leave

children una�ended in the same room with the machine.
If you are a beginner or if you have health problems with the heart, the

neurologic system, circulatory disturbances or orthopedic problems, first
consult your doctor before use.
Stop using the machine immediately if you feel �red, uncomfortable or dizzy.

Never use the unit if it is damaged.

Do not jump on the device and not off the device during use.

Switch the device off and unplug a�er use.

Before using the machine to exercise, always do stretching exercises to

properly warm up.
Increase speed intensity and duration gradually.

Only one person at a �me should use the machine (max. load = 120 kg).

Do not use this device directly a�er meals or drinks.

This device is not suitable for therapeu�cally or commercial use. Only use this

unit according to the intended purpose and as directed in the instruc�on
