11. Inbetriebnahme

Achtung
Personal zum Schalten der Anlage oder der Ventilatoren muss
Vorort sein.
Während der Inbetriebnahme ist besonders darauf zu
achten, dass:
keine losen Schrauben, Spänne oder anderen Rotorkom-
ponenten im System liegen.
die Dichtungsstreifen oder -material muss am Rad anlie-
gen, geprüft, justiert bzw. eingestellt werden.
die Drehrichtung des Rotors, gemäß der angebrachten
Pfeile am Gehäuse erfolgt.
die Rotordrehzahl gemäß Auslegung geprüft und ggf. an-
gepasst wird. Standardwert 10 U/min bei Kondensation
(P) / Enthalpie (E) und Epoxyrädern (K) , 20 U/min bei
Sorptionsrädern HuGo (N).
Keilriemenspannung prüfen / ggfs. einkürzen
Probelauf ohne Luftleistung (Ventilatorenbetrieb)
Probelauf mit Luftleistung (Ventilatorenbetrieb)
Die Inbetriebnahme darf nur in Anwesenheit eines Klingen-
burg Kundendiensttechnikers durchgeführt werden. Die Anla-
ge darf nur gemäß unserer Unterlagen betrieben werden.
Bei Problemen mit der Montage und/oder Inbetriebnahme
wenden Sie sich bitte an den Kundendiensttechniker der
Firma KLINGENBURG GmbH. Um das Gerät zu identifizieren,
halten Sie bitte alle Angaben vom Typenschild bereit.
Erst wenn die oben genannten Punkte komplett erfüllt
sind, darf die Inbetriebnahme erfolgen!
12. Wartung
Wir empfehlen eine periodische Wartung nach dem Leistungs-
programm für die Wartung von technischen Anlagen und Aus-
rüstungen in Gebäuden - VDMA 24186-1.
Diese Wartung sollte mindestens einmal im Jahr erfolgen.
Achtung: Die Wartungsintervalle bei Sorptions-, Prozess- und
Hochtemperaturrotoren haben je nach Anwendungsgebiet
zeitlich wesentlich kürzere Abstände

12. Installation

Warning
The appropriate personnel for connecting the system or the
fans must be present.
During commissioning, take particular care to ensure
that:
No loose bolts, swarf or unused rotor parts are present in
the system.
The seal strips/material must sit closely to the wheel,
checked and adjusted/aligned as required.
The rotational direction of the rotor is that of the arrow
marked on the housing.
The rotor speed is checked against the design and adjus-
ted if necessary. Standard speed is 10 rpm for condensa-
tion (P)/enthalpy (E) and epoxy wheels (K) and 20 rpm for
HuGo sorption wheels (N).
Check V-belt tension; shorten belt if necessary

Test run with air (fan operation)
Commissioning may only take place with a Klingenburg custo-
mer service technician present. The unit may only be operated
in accordance with our documentation.
If problems occur in assembly and/or commissioning, please
contact a customer service technician at Klingenburg GmbH.
To enable us to identify the unit, please have all the details
from the rating plate ready
Do not begin commissioning until all the above points
are completed!
12. Maintenance
We recommend periodic maintenance in accordance with the
VDMA 24186-1 standard, 'Program of services for the main-
tenance of technical systems and equipment in buildings' .
This maintenance should be performed at least once annually.
Caution:
Maintenance intervals for sorption, process and
high-temperature rotors have substantially shorter main-
tenance intervals, depending on their field of use
