nery Directive). Read these operating instructions carefully

Do not look directly into the light beam to avoid temporary
irritation to the eyes.

Connection
For UL: Connect proximity switches only by using any R/C
(CYJV2) cord, having suitable ratings.

Installation
CAUTION
Red light
If you look into the light beam, temporary blinding and
irritation of the eyes is possible.
► Locate the sensor so that it is not possible to look
into the light beam even during operation.
For operation no further precautions are required (Exempt
group acc. IEC 62471).
