Safety Precautions
UL and cUL Installation
– This equipment is suitable for use in Class I, Division 2, groups (as applica-
ble) or non-hazardous locations only.
– Do not disconnect equipment unless power has been switched off or the area
is known to be non-hazardous.
– Warning - Explosion hazard - Substitution of components may impair suit-
ability for Class I, Division 2.
– Power, input and output (I/O) wiring must be in accordance with Class I,
Division 2 wiring methods suitable for the actual location such as the
National Electrical Code, NFPA 70 or applicable parts of Canadian Electric
Code and in accordance with the authority having jurisdiction.

During Use

– Keep the product clean.
– Emergency stop and other safety functions may not be controlled from the
product.
– Do not touch the keys etc. with sharp objects.

Service and Maintenance

– The agreed warranty applies.
– Only qualified personnel should carry out repairs.
Dismantling and Scrapping
– The product or parts thereof shall be recycled according to local regulations.
– The following components contain substances that might be hazardous to
health and the environment: lithium battery and electrolytic capacitor.
