OAT MILK ICE CREAM WITH COFFEE AND NOUGATINE (VEGAN)
A creamy ice cream based on oat milk! The coffee and nougatine give it a delicious flavour!
Ingredients 6 portions
• 6.3oz oat milk
• 1.4oz nougatine
• 1 espresso, cooled.
Preparation time
10 min + 20 to 25 min in the ice-cream maker
Instructions
• Get the ice cream maker ready and pour in the oat milk.
• Add the espresso and nougatine to the oat milk.
• Let it run for about 15-20 minutes until it has thickened and has the texture of soft scoop ice cream.
• Transfer to a container with a lid and place in the freezer until you are ready to serve.
CHOCOLATE-MINT ICE CREAM
The tingly fresh taste of the chocolate-mint ice cream, comes from the finely chopped fresh mint and
drops of peppermint extract. Together with the pieces of crunchy chocolate, this ice cream is perfect as a
summer dessert.
Ingredients 6 portions
• 5 sprigs of fresh mint
• 15 drops Steviala liquid or sweetener of your own choice
• 8.4fl oz Greek yoghurt
• 8.4fl oz whipped cream
• 1 tbsp Greensweet icing
• 3 drops peppermint extract
• 1.4oz dark chocolate
Preparation time
20 min + 15 to 20 min in the ice cream maker
Instructions
• Puree the mint leaves, liquid sweetener and Greek yoghurt with a hand blender or food processor.
• Whip the whipped cream with 1 tbsp icing. Stir in whipped cream and mint yoghurt. Taste and add
peppermint extract (measure carefully!) and sweetener to taste.
• Get the ice cream maker ready and pour in the mixture.
• Let it run for about 15-20 minutes until it has thickened and has the texture of soft scoop ice cream.
• Coarsely chop the chocolate and spoon the pieces through the ice cream when it is (almost) ready.
• Transfer to a container with a lid and place in the freezer until ready to serve.
• Serve with some chocolate shavings and a mint leaf.
RASPBERRY ICE CREAM
The easy recipe for insanely delicious ice cream with raspberries! You can put this raspberry ice cream on

Ingredients 4 portions
• 7.76oz Milk
• 2.82oz Whipped cream
• 3.17oz Sugar
• 8.81oz Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation time
10 min + 15-20 min in the ice-cream maker
Instructions
• Wash the fresh raspberries. Frozen raspberries, on the other hand, are already ready to use: no need to
wait for them to defrost.
• Puree all ingredients with a hand blender or food processor.
• Get the ice cream maker ready and pour the mixture into it.
• Run it for about 15-20 minutes until it has thickened and has the texture of soft scoop ice cream.
• Transfer to a container with a lid and place in the freezer until you are ready to serve.
