• Contactor Saver Time Out. A Timeout is defined as a period of time with no
receipt of a "Start" or Weld Initiate signal. The timeout is to be a programmable
variable. The programming range of this variable is to be 40 second – 300
seconds in 1 second intervals. Default value to be 99 seconds.

Display error storage of the weld timer via I/O-field array

Via input „Fault Acknowledge" it is possible to step through the error storage of
the weld timer. Only current errors/alerts are handled.
• Output "Fault Message Code" is set to 0
• Output "Alert Message Code" is set to 0
• Outputs "Fault Status" are set to 0
• Output "Fault Available" is set to 0
The next entry in the error storage will be searched for. If the end of the storage is
reached the search is continued at the beginning of the storage.
• Output "Fault Message Code" is set to 1 if the entry is an error
• Output "Alert Message Code" is set to 1 if the entry is an alert
• Outputs "Fault Status" are set ( see table )
• Output "Fault Available" is set to 1 if an entry was discovered
If no entry is available, these outputs are set to 0.
If the error storage is empty and the weld timer inserts a new entry, the outputs
will be set automatically without the negative edge of input „Fault Acknowledge".
The state of input „Fault Acknowledge" must be 0 in this case.
