TROUBLESHOOTING
Solution
Charge the battery.
Wait for charging to
complete; button will then
glow green.
Turn vacuum off and set
main power switch to 0 (off),
then turn it back on again.
If the red glow remains,
contact an authorized
service center.
Only use the vacuum on
lighter floors.
Clean the sensor.
Check that front bumper is
not stuck or damaged.
Check the castors and clean
if necessary.
Check the brushes, remove
tangled hair and other dirt if
necessary.
Contact an authorized
service centre.
