Safety regulations

• Keep the equipment away from children and pets.
• Ensure that the water heater is placed on a flat, level surface and
immediately re-level it if it becomes uneven during use. Failure to do so
may result in severe overheating, complete element failure and voiding
your warranty.
• Firmly block the boiler unit if you are using the boiler on a staircase.
• The boiler will become hot during use. Only move the boiler using the
carrying handle.
• Steam is produced at 100⁰C. Be careful, wear protective clothing and
protect your hand with heat-resistant gloves or mittens.
• Never point the hose or steam plate at anyone.
• Always keep the steam plate tilted away from face and body, beware of
hot drips and regularly empty collected condensation from the plate -
especially when stripping ceilings and high surfaces.
• Never remove the filler cap from the elbow or disconnect the hose while
the unit is in operation.
• Never block the safety valve.
• Do not direct steam at equipment with electrical components.
• Switch off and wait 2 minutes before removing the elbow filler cap to
refill the boiler.
• Do not overfill the tank.
• Allow to cool completely before emptying the boiler.
• Do not stand on the boiler or the hose.
• Do not drag or try to move it by pulling the power cord.
• Do not allow water or steam to get into light switches or sockets.
• Do not leave unattended.
• Use only plain tap water. Never add detergents or chemicals.
• Extreme caution should be exercised when using the appliance in
bathrooms. Always be aware of the danger of electrocution from stored
water in baths and sinks.
• Never change tools when the unit is in operation.
• Always store upright.
• It is recommended that an RCD (residual current device) of 30 mA be
connected to the socket for additional protection against electric shock.
• The machine must be unplugged from the mains supply after use and
before cleaning or servicing by the user.
