1. generAl informAtion

SWS-2001 hot water dispenser is designer for water boiling and heating.
All information and technical details provided in this User manual is up to date at the time of the packaging of the
dispenser (hereinafter referred to as the appliance) at the factory. No disputes arising from the damages caused by
non-observance of these rules, the use of non-genuine spare parts or repairs in a place other than the authorized
service centers can be found for the customer.
The customer may receive technical support in due time in accordance with the Terms of warranty.
1.1. disclAimers
All technical details, all data and guide for installation, operation and maintenance provided in this instruction are up
to date as of handover to packaging. No claims may be based on the information, figures and descriptions provided
in this instruction. In the course of improving the product, the manufacturer reserves the right to change the design,
configuration, as well as technical characteristics of the product without any notice. Permissible technical character-
istics error limit is ±10%.

1.3. sAfety PrecAutions And PotentiAl risks
Be sure to follow the below measures when operating this appliance:
• Read this instruction carefully before using.
• Before using the appliance, make sure that the voltage indicated on the nameplate on the appliance matches the
socket in your house, do not use it if the technical specifications of the appliance do not match the parameters of
your electrical grid.
• Check if the power cord, plug and control panel are loose. Make sure that the body is not damaged, cracked or de-
formed due to a strong impact. Do not use the appliance in any of the above cases.
• Do not use the appliance without lowering the water level to avoid damages to the heating elements.
• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or bar, and avoid contact of the appliance with a hot surface.
• Do not put the appliance on or next to a gas or electric burner, or inside or next to a heated oven or stove.
• Do not put the appliance in a dishwasher.
• Do not freeze the appliance in a refrigerator.
• Do not tilt the appliance or operate it upside down.
• Do not use it outdoors.
• This appliance is not designed for use by persons (including children) with limited physical, sensory or mental abili-
ties, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless a person responsible for their safety has instructed them on how
to use the appliances.
• This appliance is not a toy, please make sure that children do not play with it.
• To avoid sudden overturning, make sure that the appliance is placed on a solid and flat surface out of the children's
reach when used.
• Keep the appliance out of open flame, uncontrolled sources of electric current, do not immerse it in water or other
liquid.
• Do not touch the hot surfaces when the appliance is running
• When the appliance is running, do not touch or block the steam outlet with your hands or other objects, and do not
open the lid of the water tank in a rush to avoid burns from hot steam.
• Avoid scalding! It is forbidden to feel the temperature or steam with your hands or any other part of your body when
using the appliance.
• Do not use the appliance to heat anything but water. Do not fill in above the "max" mark. Do not use the dispenser if
the water level is below the minimum.
