5.1.2 Installation details
- After having identified a suitable position to install the electric water heater, define the position of the
two holes for the expansion anchors with hook.
- Drill two holes in the wall of the depth and diameter required for the expansion anchors supplied with
the appliance using a suitable drill bit.
WARNING: When establishing the position of the expansion anchor holes, make sure
you leave clearance of at least 20 cm on the right-hand side of the appliance to facilitate
any necessary maintenance.
- Insert the anchors.
- Make sure the hook is facing upwards.
- Tighten the anchor bolts so they are fully secure and then suspend the electric water heater from
them.
