If a technical problem occurs, please contact our hotline, as most
errors can be corrected by this method without having to send in the
device for repair.
If it is determined during the call that the device is actually defective,
you will be asked to send us the device for repair, together with an ex-
act description of the fault.
In this event, please include the fully completed Service Card (from
the end of these instructions) and a copy of the proof of pur-
chase.
Please note that you will be invoiced for unjustified complaints!
