7. CHARGING THE BATTERY

The power socket radio has an integrated battery. It can be used both
when attached to the power supply, and in battery mode.
• To charge it, plug the power socket radio into a power socket.
While it is charging, the charging light is lit red.
• When the charging light has gone out, the battery is charged
and the power socket radio can be used in battery mode.
• When the battery is almost empty, the charging light flashes
red. Plug the power socket radio into a power socket to charge.

8. OPERATION

Switching the device on / off
1. In order to switch the device on, press and hold the button
on the device until the LED is lit.
2. Press and hold the button
the device off again. The LED goes off.
NOTE: the device remains on Standby after it is switched off. As the
device still consumes a little power in this mode, you will have to re-
