Bitte lesen Sie die vorliegende Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig durch. Bei
Fragen wenden Sie sich an Ihren Arzt oder Fachhandel von dem Sie dieses
Medizinprodukt erhalten haben.
Zweckbestimmung
Bei diesem Medizinprodukt handelt es sich um eine Bandage, eine zirkulär
komprimierende Leibbinde mit Verstärkungselementen, zur Unterstützung der
Bauchdecke.
Indikationen
DE: Bauchwandlähmung, Bauchwandbruch, postoperativ, Zustand nach
Ileostomie und Kolostomie mit begleitender Bindegewebeinsuffizienz.
AT: Hernie im Narben- und Stomabereich, Enterostomie, Ileostomie,
Kolostomie, Ileum-Conduit, Kolon-Conduit, Prolaps
Kontraindikationen
Unklare Weichteilschwellungen, Empfindungs- und Durchblutungsstörungen
der versorgten Körperregion, Erkrankungen der Haut im versorgten
Körperabschnitt, Latexallergie.
Anwendungsrisiken / Wichtige Hinweise
Dieses Medizinprodukt ist ein verordnungsfähiges Produkt. Sprechen Sie
Anwendung und Dauer mit Ihrem verordnenden Arzt ab. Die Auswahl der
geeigneten Größe und eine Einweisung erfolgt durch das Fachpersonal, von
dem Sie das Medizinprodukt erhalten haben.
– Medizinprodukt vor radiologischen Untersuchungen ablegen
– Wurde das Tragen bei Nacht angeordnet, Beeinträchtigungen des
Blutkreislaufs vermeiden.
– bei Taubheitsgefühl Medizinprodukt lockern oder ggf. abnehmen
– bei anhaltenden Beschwerden den Arzt oder Fachhandel aufsuchen
– Medizinprodukt indikationsgerecht einsetzen
– gleichzeitige Nutzung anderer Produkte nur nach Rücksprache mit Ihrem Arzt
– keine Änderungen am Produkt vornehmen
– nicht auf offenen Wunden tragen
– nicht verwenden bei Unverträglichkeiten gegen eines der verwendeten
Materialien
– kein Wiedereinsatz – dieses Hilfsmittel ist zur Versorgung von nur einem
Patienten bestimmt
– während der Tragedauer der Bandage: keine lokale Anwendung von Cremes
oder Salben im Bereich des angelegten Hilfsmittels – kann Material zerstören
Anziehanleitung

Öffnen Sie den Klettverschluss der Verschlussplatte und positionieren
Sie die Bandage mit der gewünschten Spannung am Patienten. Stellen
Sie sicher, dass die Veloursfläche das Stoma abdeckt. Markieren Sie mit
einem Stift die Mitte der Stomaöffnung auf der Veloursfläche. Beachten Sie
dabei, dass ausreichend Velours zur Befestigung der Prolapsabdeckung,
gegebenenfalls des Stoma Protektors vorhanden ist.

Nehmen Sie die Bandage ab und legen Sie diese eben hin. Verwenden
Sie nun die mitgelieferte Schablone und markieren Sie, abhängig von der
Größe des Beutelsystems, die Kontur auf der Veloursfläche.

Schneiden Sie mit einer scharfen Schere den markierten Bereich aus.
Das Velours-Material ist schnittecht und franst nicht aus, verfügt über
eine ausreichende Festigkeit zur optimalen Unterstützung.

you purchased this medical device.
Intended purpose
This medical device is a support, a circumferential compression torso
bandage with reinforcement elements for supporting the abdominal wall.
Indications
Paralysis and hernia of the abdominal wall, post-operatively, post ileostomy
and colostomy status with concomitant connective tissue weakness.
Contraindications
Unclear soft tissue swellings, sensory and circulatory disorders with the region
of the body treated, skin diseases in the part of the body treated, latex allergy.
Application risks/Important notes
This medical device is a prescribable product. Discuss the use and duration
with your treating physician. The expert staff from whom you have received the
medical device will select the appropriate size and instruct you regarding its use.
– remove the medical device prior to radiological examinations
– if wearing at night is prescribed, avoid negative influence on the circulatory
system
– in case of numbness, loosen the medical device and remove it if necessary
– in case of persistent complaints, consult the physician or specialist retailer
– use the medical device in accordance with therapeutic needs
– only use other products simultaneously after consultation with your physician
– do not make any changes to the product
– do not wear it on open wounds
– do not use in case of intolerance of one of the materials used
– no re-use. This medical aid is intended for treating one patient only
– whilst wearing the support, please neither use any creams nor ointments on
or around it as they can destroy the material
Fitting instructions

Open the Velcro fastener for the latch plate and position the support on
the patient with the desired tension. Ensure that the velour surface covers
the stoma. Use a pen to mark the middle of the stoma recess on the velour
surface. Observe here that sufficient velour is available for attaching
the prolapse cover and, if required, for the stoma protector.

Remove the support and lay it down flat. Now, use the stencil provided
and mark the outline on the velour surface, dependent on the size of the
bag system.

Use a sharp pair of scissors to cut out the area marked. The velour material
cuts true and doesn't fray, has sufficient solidity for optimum support.

Stabilisierungseffekt erzielt wird.
Ablegen
Zum Ablegen den Verschluss öffnen, dann Bandage ablegen.

Reinigungshinweise
Schonwaschgang 60 °C

Klettverschluss schließen, um die Beschädigung anderer Wäschestücke zu
vermeiden.
Keinen Weichspüler verwenden. In Form ziehen und an der Luft trocknen.

Landes, in dem Sie das Produkt bezogen haben. Bitte wenden Sie sich
an Ihren Fachhandel, sollten Sie einen Gewährleistungsfall vermuten.
Bitte das Produkt vor Einreichung eines Gewährleistungsfalles reinigen.
Wurden beiliegende Hinweise der Gebrauchsanweisung nicht ausreichend
beachtet, so kann die Gewährleistung beeinträchtigt werden bzw. entfallen.
Ausgeschlossen ist eine Gewährleistung bei nicht indikationsgerechter
Anwendung, Nichtbeachtung der Anwendungsrisiken, -hinweise sowie
eigenmächtig vorgenommenen Änderungen am Produkt.
Nutzungsdauer / Lebensdauer des Produkts
Die Lebensdauer des Medizinprodukts wird durch den natürlichen Verschleiß
bei sach- und anwendungsgemäßem Umgang bestimmt.
Meldepflicht
Kommt es bei der Anwendung des Medizinproduktes zu einer schwer-
wiegenden Verschlechterung des Gesundheitszustandes, dann melden
Sie dies Ihrem Fachhändler oder uns als Hersteller sowie dem BfArM
(Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte).

Put the support on loosely. Position the opening around the stoma.

Finally, close the support so that a sufficient, pleasant stabilisation effect
is achieved.
Removal
To remove, open the fastener and then remove the support.

The product contains latex and can trigger allergic reactions.
Cleaning information

Close the Velcro fastening to avoid damage to other laundry items.
Do not use fabric conditioner. Stretch back into shape and dry in the fresh air.
Guarantee
The legal regulations of the country in which you acquired the product apply

a warranty claim. Please clean the product before submitting a warranty
claim. If the enclosed instructions for use have not been properly observed,
the warranty may be impaired or cancelled. The warranty does not cover use
of the product inappropriate for the indication, non-observance of application
risks, instructions and unauthorised modifications to the product.
Useful life/Lifetime of the product
The lifetime of the medical device is determined by its natural wear and tear if
treated appropriately and as recommended.
Duty of notification
If a serious worsening of the state of health occurs when using the medical
device, you are obliged to notify the specialist dealer or us as the manufacturer
and the Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
