Oil from ingredients will be collected at the bottom of the tank.
8. Some ingredients need turning halfway through cooking. Hold the handle and pull
out the tank to turn ingredients. Once turned, put the tank back into the fryer.
9. Once finished, the machine will 'beep', reminding you the set time is up. The
interface displays '00min' – the product will stop working after 10 seconds.
10. Check to see the ingredients are cooked properly. To cook for longer, place the
tank back into the product and set the timer.
11. Do not flip the tank – this will cause oil at the bottom to leak onto the ingredients.
Once finished, the fryer, tank and ingredients will be hot – avoid touching.
Depending on the ingredients, steam could be released from the fryer.
12. Use clamps to take ingredients from the tank and into bowls or plates. When
finished cooking, you can cook another batch straight away.
II. Settings
The following table is a basic guidance on how to cook ingredients.
Note: Remember this guidance is for reference only. Ingredients differ in size, shape
and brand, so we cannot guarantee the best settings for cooking food.
III. Note
1. Smaller sized foods require less cooking time.
2. Larger sized foods require more cooking time.
3. When cooking, turning smaller foods can ensure better results.
4. Adding small amounts of oil to fresh potatoes can make them crispier. Once you
have added oil, wait for several minutes before frying.
5. Never cook ingredients with high oil content (e.g sausages).
6.The refreshment that can be cooked in the oven can also be cooked in the fat-free
fryer.
7. For cooking chips, the ingredients should not exceed 500g.
8. Make sandwiches quickly and easily, using pre-fermented dough.
9. Use the fryer to reheat food – set the temperature to 150
cooking time being 10 minutes.
IV. Making fries
For the best results, use frozen chips.
1. Cut potatoes into small pieces.
2. Soak the potatoes in a bowl for at least 20 minutes, then drain them on paper.
3. Pour olive oil into the bowl using a spoon. Put the potato chips into the bowl,
ensuring the oil and potatoes are mixed evenly.
4. Take potatoes out of the bowl, leaving the oil inside. Place the potatoes into the
fryer.
Note:
● Place the tray into the tank before putting the potatoes in.
● Do not put all the potatoes into the tank at once, so there is not too much oil at the
bottom.
5. Fry the potatoes, following the instructions in this chapter.
