Wall installation

1. Attach compact manifold with insulation to existing pipes.
2. Tighten mounting elements hand-tight.
3. Mark bottom and centre. Then remove compact manifold with ISO again.
4. Drill wall according to marks and insert dowels.
5. Mount bottom tray of insulation with supplied screws to the wall.
6. Insert compact manifold and connect with pipe.
Isulation
If necessary, cut the insulating elements with a cutter knife or adapt them;
use the enclosed cut template when using the Wilo Top S 25/7 pump.
Push the front insulation jacket onto the thermometers and connect
carefully with the rear jacket!
When used in systems for heating and cooling, internal components must
be protected against condensate formation by using suitable low
temperature insulation.
Gravity control
The return flow ball valve is equipped with gravity control to prevent
undesirable gravity circulation. It can be manually opened toward the
right by adjusting the rotary handle by 45° from the "stop position". The
closing force is 0.2 bar.
0° - Ball valve open, gravity control activated
45° - Ball valve and gravity control open
90° - Ball valve closed

Thermometer replacement

The thermometer can be exchanged by simply pulling it out and inserting
it again. Care should be taken that the thermometer removed is replaced
by an identical one. Please observe the colour identification.
(Red = VL, Blue = RL )
All applicable standards and guidelines must be observed during the installation!
