10. WORKFLOW
10.1.1 Using the barcode reader
Barcodes on the flask/petri dish minimize identification mistakes and spelling errors. Flasks with printed bar-
code are commercially available. Alternatively you can stick manually a barcode on the side of the flask.

10.2 T-lapse

10.2.1 Define t-lapse
Note:
If a cell based assay (e.g. confluence check) has been performed during the acquisition of the t-lapse the sum-
mary is in Data View as well.

Enable notification service? (-> 9.2)
Activate Confluence Check or another cell based assay? (-> 10.3.1)
Check the summary/result in Data View (-> 10.2.2)

Open t-lapse control panel in the workflow bar
Define set-up of your t-lapse:
Interval
Duration
Define the channels you want to acquire
Start t-lapse with the triangle icon
Check the result in Data View and double

click on the name of the acquired t-lapse to
see the movie.
