5. The Operating Elements

5.3 The Focus Dial

The focus dial for coarse and fi ne focusing of
the Leica STP6000 is located on the right side
(3.1, 3.2).

5.4 The Smart Module

The smart module is used for moving the stage in
the X and Y directions.
The position of the smart module can be adjusted
individually by unscrewing the locking screw (3.5).
Retighten the locking screw after the adjustment.
