5. | Working with the CSC-Tool SE
NOTICE
Ensure that the level bubbles of both wheel clamp modules SE / WA are centred.
CAUTION!

Laser radiation

Damage to/destruction of the retina
Never look directly into the laser beam.
Now both wheel clamp modules SE / WA are correctly attached to the rear wheels.
5.5. Placing the CSC-Tool SE Centered and Parallel in Front of
the Vehicle
Proceed as follows to place the CSC-Tool SE centred and parallel in front of the vehicle:
1. Switch on the laser module of the wheel clamp module SE / WA.
2. Align the laser module by turning it to the scale of the cross member.
The green laser beam is indicated on the scale of the cross member and is then reflected by the mirror at the cross
member to the scale of the wheel clamp module SE / WA.
3. Perform steps 1 and 2 for the second laser module.
4. Position the CSC-Tool SE by moving it to the side in a way that the left and right scale of the cross member show the
identical value.
5. Position the CSC-Tool SE by turning it axially in a way that the scales of the wheel clamp modules SE / WA left and
right show the identical value.
