9. Repairs
Repairs are necessary if the awning has
a defect that makes it impossible to use
any more.
A defective awning must not be oper-
ated until the defect has been rectified.
Disconnect the awning from the power
supply and secure it against starting up
again.
Repairs may only be carried out by spe-
cially trained personnel.

10. Dismantling and
disposal
DANGER
electrical parts (e.g. motor, cables, etc.)
inherently entails the risk of electric
shocks. Electrical parts may only be
dismantled by correspondingly qualified
personnel.
WARNING – The folding arm is
under spring tension! When dismantling
the awning, there is an increased risk of
injury due to accidental opening of the
folding arms. Dismanteling only by trained
personnel and in open position.
CAUTION – Risk of injury to hands.
Sharp edges and corroded parts increase
the risk of injury. It is recommended that
appropriately trained personnel dismantle
the awning.
The national legal regulations must be
observed when disposing of the various
components.
