Emergency Shut-off Switch

The emergency shut-off switch "EMERGENCY OFF" interrupts the device's
power supply. When the emergency shut-off switch is locked: The device
cannot be switched on.
When the emergency shut-off switch is unlocked: The green ring on the
emergency shut-off switch is visible and the device can be turned on.

Symbols on the Device

Symbol Meaning
During operation, parts in the device may be live. The
device may only be opened by Sartorius Service. In case
the electrical equipment malfunctions, the device must
be immediately disconnected from the power supply.
There is a risk of crushing when coupling the device to
the Palletank
The device's motor emits strong magnetic forces during
operation.
During operation, surfaces in the area of the motor may
heat up.
Feet may be crushed when moving the device.
