ThermoUp Dry towel warmers do not require any special
maintenance.
The thermoelement should be wiped periodically with a soft cloth
or a damp sponge. Do not use abrasive detergents, pastes, metal
brushes or other hard objects.
Check regularly that the power cord is intact and in good
condition.
The device has a service life of more than 10 years, provided that
the installation and operation rules are followed.

The device can be operated and stored in the following
conditions:
• Room air temperature from -50°C to +70°C;
• Relative air humidity up to 80% at a temperature of +25°C;
• Store the heater in its original packaging.
The device must be protected from shock, dust and moisture.
At the expiration of the life of the device must be disposed of in
accordance with the rules, regulations and methods applicable at
the disposal site.
Remedies
• Check for line voltage and power cable integrity; if necessary, replace the
faulty cable.
• Check the position of the thermostat knob, its operation.
• Contact an authorized dealer for professional diagnostics and device repair.
