4. Selecting th e control temperature
P ress the temperature setting button to select
the control temperature. Refer the chapter
" S P E C IFI C ATIONS " for the selectable control
temperature.
The appliance starts cooling / heating 5 seconds after
w ithout any operation , then the control temperature stop
ashing and the temperature display sho s the current
temperature.
The appliance stops cooling / heating w hen the current
temperature reaches the control temperature.
Tips for efficient cooling / heating
Opening the upper cover for long periods can
cause significant increase decrease o the
temperature in the chamber.
Regularly clean surfaces that can come in contact
w ith food and accessible drainage systems.

The battery indicator sho w s the remaining battery
capacity. The remaining battery capacity is sho w n as
the follo w ing table.

P ress the check button on the battery cartridge to
indicate the remaining battery capacity. The indicator
lamps light up for a fe w seconds.

Appliance / battery protection
system
The appliance is e q uipped w ith the protection
system
his system automatically cuts o po er to
e x tend appliance and battery life. The appliance w ill
automatically stop during operation if the appliance or
battery is placed under one of the follo w ing conditions.
Battery overdisch arge protection
W hen the battery capacity becomes lo w , the
appliance stops automatically. The battery
indicator prompts that the battery should be
charged. Remove the batteries from the appliance
and charge the batteries.
Overcurrent protection
W hen the appliance / battery is operated in a
manner that causes it to dra w an abnormally high
current , the appliance automatically stops. In this
situation , stop the application that caused the
appliance to become overloaded. Then turn the
appliance on to restart.
Low - voltage protection
W hen the car input voltage is lo w er than the
rated oltage, this protection system turns o the
appliance and the temperature display sho w s " F3 "
w ith beep sound.
