Trouble-shooting

Symptom
The product runs up
and down unevenly.
The product cannot
be moved sideways.
Contact Pressalit or your dealer if the problem cannot be remedied. Do not
attempt to repair the product yourself, as this will invalidate the guarantee.

• The temperature for transportation and storage of the unit must be
between -10 and 50 degrees Celsius / 14 and 122 degrees Fahrenheit.
• The unit must always be transported in its original packaging.
• Avoid subjecting the packaging to shocks and impacts.
• Do not use the product if the packaging is broken or damaged.
