5.5 Bluetooth function

Note – Pairing
• Make sure that your Bluetooth-capable terminal device is
on and Bluetooth is activated.
• Make sure that your Bluetooth-capable terminal device is
visible for other Bluetooth devices.
• For more information, please refer to the operating
instructions of your terminal device.

Bluetooth pairing:

The desk lamp and terminal device should be no further than
1 metre apart. The shorter the distance, the better. The lamp
must be switched on to search. Hold the Bluetooth button for
about 3 seconds. The telephone and Bluetooth buttons will
flash in intervals of two for two minutes. The lamp is searching
for a Bluetooth connection. Open the Bluetooth settings on
your terminal device and wait until "DL-60BSH" appears in the
list of Bluetooth devices found. Select "DL-60BSH" and wait
until the lamp is shown as connected in the Bluetooth settings
on your terminal device. If the pairing was successful, the
Bluetooth button will be constantly illuminated. The display
will go out if pairing takes longer than 2 seconds. If this
happens, you will need to switch the lamp off and on again if
you want to pair it with your terminal device again. You can
now use the Bluetooth function.
