Use
Rinse the bowl (3), lid (1) and peeling plate
under running water before using the
appliance for the � rst use. Dry thoroughly.
Place the potato peeler on a � at surface.
Check that the on/off button is in the off
position.
Place the bowl on the motor section and
place the peeling plate in the bowl so that it
is sitting on the motor section's motor axle.
Rinse the potatoes under running water.
Place the potatoes in one layer on the
peeling plate.
It is not necessary to add water to the bowl.
For best results, use small, new potatoes of
a uniform size. Potatoes with a thick skin
should be peeled by hand.
Place the lid on the bowl and secure it using
the lock (2).
If the parts are not assembled correctly, the
potato peeler cannot be switched on.
Plug the appliance in.
Switch the potato peeler on using the on/off
button and let it run for about 2 minutes.
The potato peeler vibrates during use but is
stable thanks to its rubber feet (6).
You can monitor the peeling process through
the transparent lid.
Switch the potato peeler off and lift off the
bowl.
Tip the potatoes into the kitchen sink. Wash
the potatoes and remove any remaining peel
using a knife or similar.

Cleaning and maintenance

Switch off the potato peeler and unplug it
before removing the lid, bowl and peeling
plate and cleaning the appliance.
Wash the lid, bowl and peeling plate under
running water. The parts must not be
washed in the dishwasher.
Be careful not to cut yourself on the cutting
plate's rough surface!
Wipe the parts with a dish cloth and allow
them to dry completely before putting them
back in place and putting the potato peeler
into storage.
Wipe the motor section with a well-wrung
cloth. Do not expose to water, damp or
splashes.
Do not use harsh or abrasive detergents, as
these may damage the surface of the potato
peeler.
