8. Warranty
A legal warranty period of twelve months from the date of purchase/
date of invoice applies to our tools for commercial customers. If we
have granted an extended warranty period, this period will be noted
separately in the operating manual for the equipment in question.
Claims
If you wish to claim under our warranty or guarantee, please return the
complete device together with your invoice to our logistics center in
Berka, postage paid.
Warranty entitlement
Claims can only be accepted for material defects or manufacturing
errors, and only assuming proper use of the device. Wear parts (e.g.
tools, sandpaper) are not covered by warranty. All claims shall become
void in the event of installation of third party components, improper
handling and storage, as well as in the event of obvious disregard of
the operating instructions.
9. Disposal
If unused, dispose of together with domestic waste; if used, in accor-
dance with the disposal regulations for the respective material.
