Movement Tutorial
Exercising with a 7 in One Power Trainer has lots of health benefits. It
improves
physical
fitness,
helps
condition
muscles,
increases
metabolism, and can control calories, helping you lose weight when
combined with dieting.
Warm-up stage
This stage helps promote blood circulation and condition muscles, which can
reduce cramps and the risk of muscular injury. We recommend that users
perform the following stretches, each of which take about 30 seconds. Do not
forcefully or violently pull on muscles. Stop if you experience injury.
Movement Stages
This is the stage that generates results. After daily use, your leg muscles will
grow more flexible. Follow your own rhythm, but make sure to maintain a
constant rhythm throughout exercise. Work efficiency will be enough to
boost your heart rate to the target area, as shown in the chart below.
