Where can I find the
license key for the digita-
lisation software?
No video signals are

The license key can be found on the CD cover of the
installation CD.
Please check the cable connection and whether the
correct signal input was selected in the software.
Also check whether the graphics card driver of your
computer is up to date.

The quality of the recorded videos is mainly depen-
dent on the original material used. In addition, the
properties of the cable connection as well as the
signal input also play an important role. Use the
shortest possible high-quality connection cables
to avoid reduction of quality during the analogue
signal transmission. If your playback device has
an S-Video output, then it must be connected to
the S-Video input of the Video Grabber. The signal
quality of S-Video is better than that of Composite
(Cinch).
Check whether the correct setting for PAL/NTSC
was selected in the software. Also ensure that the
signal cable is connected correctly and working
properly.
