Commissioning - Preparation
Note: The following must be considered before the
initial commissioning of the ProV1 Video Doorbell.
The ProV1 video doorbell uses the 2.4GHz frequency.
In rare cases, the 5GHz frequency and WPA3 encryp-
tion of your wireless router must be disabled when
setting up the video doorbell. After commissioning
they can be re-activated.
To ensure a stable internet connection, the initial
commissioning should take place near your WiFi
router. Use the micro-USB cable for a fixed power
supply during the initial start-up and connection of
the ProV1.
