3. Start the product in accordance with the
instructions and saw off the protruding
part with constant pressure.
Plunge sawing
WARNING!
RISK OF KICKBACK.
Plunge sawing must only be carried out in soft
materials (wood, for example).
1. Place the product with the bottom edge
of the base plate against the workpiece.
Start the product.
2. Tilt the product forward so that the blade
works its way into the workpiece.
3. Hold the product upright and continue
sawing along the saw line.
With grip support
Move the product down with slight pressure.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY Switch off the
product and remove the battery before
cleaning and/or maintenance.
• Always remove the saw blade before
working on the product.
• Keep the product and its ventilation
openings clean and free from dust and
dirt. The product can overheat if the
ventilation openings are blocked – risk of
material damage.
• Clean the product after it has been used.
• Make sure no liquid gets into the product.
Clean the casing with a cloth. Do not use
petrol, solvent or detergent that can
damage the plastic parts.
• Clean the blade fixture with compressed
air or a brush.
• Check the battery charge status at regular
intervals if the product has not been used
for some time. The optimum charge is 50
to 80%. Store the product in a cool and
dry place.
