Note
Connecting and use
• For stereo music, your phone/PC must support the A2DP Bluetooth profile.
• The method of pairing and the use of Bluetooth may differ for different phones/PCs. See the instruction
manual provided with your Phone/PC for the correct method.
• Speaker only remains available for new Bluetooth connections for a limited time. Make the device available
again by turning it off and on.
• Some telephones are produced without optimal Bluetooth support. If you have a problem, check whether the
telephone has the most up-to-date Firmware. Contact the telephone manufacturer for more information.
PC use
• On most PCs it is needed to manually switch between the stereo music mode and the hands free call mode
(for Skype etc.) This can be done in the Bluetooth software. If you have problems, check the Bluetooth
software instruction manual provided and/or update your Bluetooth software.
• Also it may be needed to manually select the correct audio output device in the Windows Audio Control Panel.
Wireless performance
• Reduced wireless performance can be caused by:
- Metal objects close to or between the adapter and the other device.
- Empty batteries.
- Other wireless devices close by. (like Xbox360 wireless controllers or Wireless network)
• Solution
- Replace the batteries.
- Remove or turn off the other wireless devices.

• For the best performance, use rechargeable AA NiMH batteries. (speaker does not charge batteries)
• Never recharge the batteries provided and never throw them onto a fire.
• Observe local regulations when disposing of batteries.
Safety instructions
• Be careful when using wireless devices if you have a pacemaker or are dependent on other life-saving,
sensitive electronic equipment, because this device transmits radio signals.
• Keep devices like phones and iPods at least 10 cm away from the magnets on the backside of the speaker.
