CAUTIONS
1- Locate the unit at the proper counter height, in an area that is convenient for use. The location
should be level to prevent the unit or its contents from accidentally falling, and strong enough to
support the weight of the unit.
2- Do not place anything on top of the drip coffe maker: doing so could damage the coffe maker
or subject personnel to possible injury.
3- When setting up the unit for operation, make sure power to the unit is off. Failure to do so could
result in personal injury.
4- Unit is not weatherproof. For safe and proper operation locate the unit indoors where the
ambient air temperature is a minimum of 70ºF (21ºC) and a maximum of 85ºF (29ºC).
5- Do not locate the coffe maker in an area subject to excessive temperature or grease from grills,
fryers, etc. Excessive temperature could cause damage to the unit.
6- Do not place the coffe maker in an area that restrict air flow around the front or rear of the unit.
7- Some exterior surfaces on the unit will get hot. Use caution when touching these areas to avoid
injury.

Making coffee by distilling hot water.

INSTALLATION

UNPACKING
Open the box. Remove all packing materials and protective covering from the unit and parts.
First use - Start up
1- Slide the glass jar into position.
2- Pour of could water into the waster reservoir, wait for 1 minute for water to force the air out of
the machine.
3- Turn the switch ON and the "In Use" Indicator lights up.
4- HOT WATER starts to flow into Glass Decanter, Vacuum pot or Thermos.
5- 4-5 minutes later, the brewing process has ended.
6- You should repeat the above process 2 to 3 times to clean the internal parts of The Machine
before brewing coffee for first time.
7- During above operation, it is normal to hear some hissing and biilizy sound of water and to see
some water vapor coming out.
NEVER POUR HOT WATER INTO THE RESERVOIR.
