2 The Panning, Pitching and 90 Degree Shooting Operation
a. Rotate the horizontal locking knob counter-clockwise to loosen it for smooth
consistent panning. Rotate the opposite way to tighten it.
b. Rotate the handle bar counter-clockwise to loosen it for smooth consistent tilting.
Rotate it the opposite way to tighten the tilt knob.
c. Rotate the vertical flip knob counter-clockwise to adjust the angle of the loading
plate (up to 90°). Rotate the opposite way to tighten it.
