8. Warranty policy

8.1.
Subject of the warranty is SUNERZHA design radiator which complies with the code in warranty card.
8.2.
The warranty period for the device is:
- when installing the radiator in the heating system – 20 years from date of sale.
- when installing the radiator in the hot water system – 7 years from date of sale.
Product covered by the warranty, subject to compliance with the installation, operating and transport rules, and
the product described below.
8.3.
The duty of the Customer is to check whether the wrapping is not damaged, what may indicate a problem with
the device at the time of purchase or during transport. Defects of the radiator (damage, wastage, improper
quality of the coating finish , etc..) visible with the naked eye should be reported by the Customer to the
Guarantor within 3 days from reception of the radiator. This kind of defects reported after installing the devices
will not be subject of a complaint.
8.4.
Fallowing conditions must be fulfilled to start considering claim:
- filled warranty card (warranty card number, type and serial number of the device, date of sale and the seller's
signature and stamp) along with the invoice of purchase.
- installing the device in accordance to the operating instructions and manufacturer recommendations without
any individual modifications while keeping in mind the standards of installation and use cited in national
technical regulations.
Incorrectly filled, damaged (unreadable) or filled by an unauthorized person warranty card will not be considered valid
and binding for the Guarantor.
8.5.
The warranty does not cover the following factors, which may lead to improper functioning of the device.
8.5.1. Insufficient circulation of water in the design-radiator caused by violation of assembling and installation
instructions as well as by specific characteristics of heating or hot water supply system.
8.5.2. Mechanical damage of the device and its components caused by assembly and operating inconsistent with
manual as well as damage during transport not reported to the Guarantor within 3 days from the date of
reception.
8.5.3. All cases related to the violation of the rules, as indicated in the assembly and operating manual.
8.5.4. Symptoms of electrical corrosion.
8.5.5. Failures of the pipeline and pipeline fittings caused by the installation and operation of the design-radiator.
8.5.6. Other damages arising in the device due to the Customers fault after the receipt of the device.
8.6.
The warranty does not cover claims arising from technical and operational characteristics of the device, if they
are given in the assembly and operating manual and technical specifications of the device.
8.7.
The warranty does not cover all actions which are mentioned in the assembly and operating manual that must
be done by customer at his own expense.
8.8.
In accordance to the assembly and operating manual at the point of supply and return from the radiator should
be installed valves which allow to cut off connection with the central heating or hot water supply what will allow
to dismantle the radiator. Lack of valves can create additional costs of disassembly which must be done by
customer at his own expense
8.9.
Product repaired or altered by anyone else than the Guarantor or a person not indicated by the Guarantor will
not be covered by the warranty.
8.10. In the case of any damage or incorrect work of the device the Customer is obliged to report it to the Guarantor
within 7 working days from a detection under penalty of invalidity. Damage should be reported on the
Complaint Form with a detailed description of fault. Complaint Form should be accompanied by the warranty
card with the purchase invoice. The warranty does not cover the cost of removing and installing the device.
8.11. In order to consider the complaint the Guarantor will examine the device in the place of installation or other
place indicated by the Guarantor.
8.12. The device should be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, to protect against the further damage.
8.13. The Guarantor will consider a claim within 14 working days. In the case of models or elements which require to
send them to the manufacturer for inspection this period may be extended to 30 days about what the
Customer will be notified.
8.14. The Guarantor is obliged to remove all defects in the extend the complaint is accepted. In the first place defect
will be repaired and if the repair is impossible or costs of repair are too high the defective product will be
exchanged. The deadline to remove defects will be agreed with the Customer individually.

Assembly and operating manual is an integral part of the warranty so please carefully
read its contents before assembling and using the device.
