TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible unwanted effects of the unit are presented in the table below. If a fault
occurs that is not listed, contact an authorized service center.
Problem
Cutting head overheats
Does not cut correctly
No blade feed
Problem with setting the
pressure of the blades
The motor does not turn
on
Motor section overheats

Blade tension is too

No oiling of the pair of

No lubrication in the

Reduce blade tension and
sharpen cutting elements if
necessary
Oil the pair of cutting knives
Put a few drops of oil in the
lubrication hole of the cutter
head
Sharpen the blades or replace
them with new ones
Adjust the cutting head
Replace the motor
Replace the tensioning spring
Check cable and fuses
Plug in the power cord.
Replace on/off switch or motor
Clean the air filter or replace it
with a new one
Do not set the tension too high, if
the blades are not working
properly replace them with new
ones or sharpen them
