13. Rotate the rubber lined clip ± 45°.
14. Rotate the rubber lined clip on the axle ± 90°.
15. Connect the air tubes to the air couplings.
Take the prescribed colour coding into
account.
When the comfort kit 1555370217 or 1555370218 is mounted, it is not alowed to implement
the fi lling valves in to the system. Please continue the installation in fi tting instruction

16. Mount the fi lling valves to the position agreed with
the customer.
17. Lead the air tubes to the fi lling valves.
18. Connect the air tubes to the fi lling valves.
19. Attach the air tubes to the vehicle with tie-wraps.
20. Infl ate the air springs a little bit (±0,1 bar) so the
upper air spring bracket is pushed against the
longitudinal member. Thighten the bolts.

Nm
20 Nm
21. Check the system for air leakage.
22. Apply the bellows pressure stickers according to
instructions in chapter ''Apply the bellow pressure
stickers''.
